Job summary

Dinasty Security Inc. is hiring a part-time Swing Supervisor to lead our field operations across Los Angeles County. You will supervise guards in the field, ensure punctuality and performance, and act as the bridge between the officers and the Operations Manager.

If you have prior leadership experience and a drive to build a winning team, we want to hear from you. The schedule is Thu-Fri 2PM-10:30PM and Sun-Mon 6AM-2:30PM with pay of $21–$25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must hold a California Guard Card and a valid California Driver License.
• 21 years or older; legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Experience: Supervising at least 1 year; Armed security/patrol 1 year.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Strong leadership, communication and reporting skills.
• Able to lift 15–20 lbs and stand for the entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Supervise guards in the field, oversee punctuality and performance.
• Oversee scheduling and fill open shifts; coordinate coverage.
• Conduct inspections of uniforms, equipment, punctuality and performance.
• Lead training scenarios and drills for guards.
• Develop route and patrol plans for the field.
• Report to the Operations Manager and maintain professional conduct.

The Roleat a Glance

• Position: Part-Time Security Supervisor

• Schedule:Thu-Fri 2PM-10:30PM & Sun-Mon 6AM-2:30PM

• Coverage Area:Various client sites across Los Angeles County

• Reports To:Operations Manager

• Start:Immediate opening

What You'll Oversee

• Communicate company policies and procedures to all subordinates

• Conduct uniform, equipment, punctuality, and performance inspections

• Conduct daily visits to client locations using the company vehicle

• Assistscheduling by filling open shifts — respondimmediatelyand coordinate coverage

• Assistupper management with investigations

• Lead training scenarios and situational exercises for guards

• Construct route plans and patrol plans for the field

• Assistwith timesheets and verify patrol checkpoint completion

• Report to and communicate directly with the Operations Manager

• Maintain discipline, professionalism, respect, and responsibilityat all times

• Perform other duties as assigned by upper management

What We're Looking For

• Valid California Guard Card(required)

• California Driver License with clean driving record(required)

• Must be 21 years or older

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Able to pass a pre-employment background check

• Able to lift 15–20 lbs. and stand for entirety of shift

• Must be bilingual— English/Spanish

• Demonstrated leadership— able to lead, mentor, and manage working relationships up and down the org

• Strong communication, surveillance, and reporting skills

• Team-building mindset— you build up your team, not just manage them

• Computer literate— comfortable with email, data entry, Google Sheets, digital patrol apps, uploading photos, and basic troubleshooting

Experience Requirements

• Supervising:at least 1year(required)

• Armed Security / Patrol:1 year (required)

• Customer Service: 2years—preferred

• Military background:3 years —preferred

• Education:High school or equivalent required;Associatesdegree —preferred
