Job summary

Prosegur is seeking an Unarmed Security Flex Officer in Fremont, CA to maintain a safe environment for customers and employees, and perform general unarmed security duties.

The role requires availability for all shifts, English communication, and ability to patrol, report hazards, and follow client post instructions. The position includes security licensing and a comprehensive benefits package. Applicants must meet licensing and screening requirements.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Clean driving record and valid driver license.
• Capable of following complex instructions.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to participate in the company's screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures.
