Job summary

Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Field Supervisor (Unarmed) in Mesa, AZ. The role supports on-site operations by supervising Security Professionals, ensuring coverage, and coordinating with operations managers on a day‑to‑day basis.

Key responsibilities include post inspections, training, schedule adjustments, and reporting. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and at least three years in protective services

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience; clean record.
• Minimum of three years of professional protective service experience.
• Ability to write clear, legible reports.
• Strong communication and initiative.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Good interpersonal skills to interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned post locations regularly to monitor performance and enforce standards.
• Provide on‑the‑job training for new employees and update post orders as needed.
• Respond to call-offs and adjust staffing; assist with scheduling changes.
• Identify personnel issues and escalate to management or HR as directed.
• Distribute information to posts and obtain acknowledgments as required.
• Respond promptly to client or site emergencies and communicate with Operations/Branch Manager.
