Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Field Observation Patrol in Watertown, MA to safeguard clients across logistics and distribution locations. You will monitor assigned areas, deter incidents, and maintain a visible, responsive presence while delivering strong customer service.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics location, you will conduct regular patrols, verify authorized personnel, document observations, and escalate issues to leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles where applicable.
• Background investigation will be conducted as a condition of employment.
• Drug screening required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by following site policies and security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and disruptions in a calm, solutions‑oriented manner.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of loading areas, yards, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized personnel and drivers.
• Document observations and incidents, reporting to leadership and site contacts.
