Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology location while following security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, offices, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access activity and verify authorized entry per site procedures; document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and report observations to site contacts or emergency responders.
