Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly following site protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols at the financial institution location.
• Observe and report unusual activity, access concerns, and facility conditions to appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control and visitor direction per site requirements.
