Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Guard Card/License preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Background investigation will be conducted in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to shoppers, visitors, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents and concerns in a calm, professional manner, escalating when needed.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of retail areas, entrances, parking, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report suspicious activity or hazards to store personnel or leadership.
• Assist with access control and crowd management during busy periods and events.
