Qualifications

• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

• A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to customers, associates, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and location policies.
• Respond to incidents, concerns, and critical situations calmly; document observations and report security matters per procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and observe activity for unusual conditions; escalate to store management or law enforcement as directed.
• Support a welcoming shopping environment by giving directions and assisting customers while maintaining a professional presence.
