Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Driver Incident Response Patrol in Cleveland, OH. You will protect client sites across technology and telecom locations, conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence, and providing excellent customer service.

The role requires a valid driver's license, 18+ years old for unarmed positions, and a high school diploma. You will be part of a team that prioritizes safety, teamwork, and integrity in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen required by law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout business areas, parking facilities, entrances, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate security-related logs and incident reports.
• Assist with maintaining an orderly workplace environment by reporting hazards, damaged property, and unusual conditions to site leadership.
