Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while following site policies and security procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and equipment-related concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner and document observations.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of production areas, loading docks, parking areas, offices, and facility perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; maintain orderly entry and exit procedures.
• Complete reports, logs, and incident documentation and communicate information to site contacts and supervisors.
