Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols of buildings, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor and contractor entry per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly, and document observations for leadership.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and patrol documentation, communicating with site contacts and leadership.
