Job summary

Allied Universal in Commercial Point, OH is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Mobile Patrol Driver to protect clients across retail environments. You will perform patrols, maintain a visible security presence, and deliver excellent customer service while following company procedures.

Requirements include a valid driver’s license, 18+ years of age for unarmed roles, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to pass background checks and a drug screen as required by law.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions.
• Background check in accordance with federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the retail areas and entrances.
• Monitor access points and observe activity for loss prevention concerns.
• Document incidents and patrols; communicate information to site management.
