Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Guard Driver Unarmed Patrol Customer Service in Orlando, FL, with driving duties and a strong emphasis on client service.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense business location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, offices, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization in accordance with site procedures, and report irregularities to appropriate personnel.
• Document patrols, incidents, and relevant observations accurately and communicate with Allied Universal leadership and client representatives as required.
