Job summary

Cascadia Global Security is hiring an Unarmed Security Officer for the St. Louis, MO location (63104). This part-time role covers Saturday and Sunday 7 am to 7 pm. Pay is $22.00 per hour, with daily pay available.

A TWIC card is required, and a 10-panel drug screening before on-site work. Responsibilities include access control, incident reporting, patrols, and maintaining a safe environment. Applicants must be 18+, have basic computer and report-writing skills, and be able to pass a background

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer skills and report-writing experience.
• Available to work shifts during nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Access Control
• Investigate and report maintenance and safety conditions that may endanger the client, its associates, or public safety
• Patrols assigned on foot to maintain visibility and observe possible unusual activities at client facilities
• Theft and vandalism deterrence
• Ensure the client, its associates, and facility personnel are provided with a safe and professional work environment
• Ensure that daily administrative documentation is always kept concise and complete
• Uniform attire and grooming standards must be maintained while in uniform
• Perform other related duties as required

This position requires a drug screening. All applicants must undergo a 10-panel drug screening before working on site.

Security Officer Responsibilities:

Education:

• High school or equivalent (required)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Security: 1 year (Preferred)
• Military or LEO experience is always preferred as well

License/ Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
• Active Security License
