Job summary

Cascadia Global Security is hiring an Unarmed Security Guard in Monahans, TX. The role offers full- or part-time hours with 12-hour shift options: 6:00 am–6:00 pm and 6:00 pm–6:00 am.

Starting pay is $20.00 per hour with daily pay, next-day availability of wages, and potential growth opportunities within a veteran-owned company. Qualified candidates should be at least 21, have basic computer and report-writing skills, and be able to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and report writing experience.
• Willingness to work night, weekend and holiday shifts.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Access Control
• Investigate and report maintenance and safety conditions that may endanger the client, its associates, or public safety
• Patrol assigned areas on foot to maintain visibility and observe unusual activities
• Theft and vandalism deterrence
• Ensure a safe and professional work environment for the client and personnel
• Maintain concise and complete daily administrative documentation
• Maintain uniform attire and grooming standards while in uniform
• Perform other related duties as required

Security Guard Responsibilities

• Access Control
• Investigate and report maintenance and safety conditions that may endanger the client, its associates, or public safety
• Patrol assigned areas on foot to maintain visibility and observe possible unusual activities at client facilities
• Theft and vandalism deterrence
• Ensure the client, its associates, and facility personnel are provided with a safe and professional work environment
• Ensure that daily administrative documentation is always kept concise and complete
• Uniform attire and grooming standards must be maintained while in uniform
• Perform other related duties as required

Qualifications and skills

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Basic computer skills and report writing experience
• Available to work shifts during nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Must be able to handle stressful situations and emergencies

Pay and Benefits

• Salary: $20.00 per hour
