Cascadia Global Security in Dallas, TX is hiring for an Unarmed Security Guard on a full-time basis. The role includes night, weekend, and holiday shifts with a pay rate of $17.00 per hour and daily pay available the next day.

Responsibilities cover access control, patrols, safety reporting, and maintaining a professional environment, with opportunities for advancement within security and management tracks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Basic computer skills and report writing experience.
• Available to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Able to pass a criminal background check.
• Capable of handling stressful situations and emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Access Control
• Investigate and report maintenance and safety conditions that may endanger the client, its associates, or public safety
• Patrol assigned areas on foot to maintain visibility and observe possible unusual activities at client facilities
• Theft and vandalism deterrence
• Ensure the client, its associates, and facility personnel are provided with a safe and professional work environment
• Ensure that daily administrative documentation is always kept concise and complete
• Uniform attire and grooming standards must be maintained while in uniform
• Perform other related duties as required

• Shift Times : 2300 - 700 Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday
• $17.00 per hour

Security Guard Responsibilities:

Pay and Benefits:

• Salary: $17.00 per hour
• 50% paid Medical/ Dental/ Vision / Accidental / and Free Life insurance for FT employees available after the first 60 days.
