Qualifications

• CPR certification preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Licensing requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, staff, visitors, and community members while following site procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and report them according to policy.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, and entry points.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity to maintain a safe environment.
• Document observations and communicate issues to leadership.
