Job summary

Cardinal Point is seeking a School Security Officer for a Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM schedule at a Berks County school. This school-year assignment may include occasional after-school or weekend events and crossover assignments during breaks.

You will patrol entrances, manage access, de-escalate conflicts, document incidents, and maintain a professional presence. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass required background screening and drug testing.
• Willingness to complete all required K-12 clearances and training.
• Ability to walk up to 10,000 steps and stand for extended periods.
• No disqualifying criminal convictions.

Responsibilities
