The role emphasizes de-escalation, dependable behavior, and the ability to stay composed during emergencies. Occasional after-school events and weekend duties may apply, with a focus on safety and situational awareness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation.
• Active cell phone and reliable email access.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance and student-appropriate demeanor.
• Ability to pass required background screening and drug testing.
• Willingness to complete all required K-12 clearances and training.
• Ability to walk up to 10,000 steps and stand for extended periods.
• No disqualifying criminal convictions.

Responsibilities
