Allied Universal, the leading security and facility services company in North America, is seeking a Part Time Unarmed Patrol Support in Miami, FL. The role focuses on patrolling retail environments, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a visible presence to deter incidents.

You will participate in routine patrols, respond to incidents, and document activities while upholding Allied Universal's values of teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required in accordance with laws.
• Background histories considered consistent with applicable laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required before employment.
• A valid driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, retailers, and staff by following security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of retail areas, common spaces, parking facilities, entry points, and surrounding perimeter.
• Respond to incidents and concerns calmly and professionally, following site procedures.
• Monitor access points and report security concerns, hazards, and maintenance issues.
• Complete accurate activity logs and incident reports while maintaining a professional presence.
