Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have or be able to obtain a Valid North Carolina Guard Card.
• Valid driver’s license from state of residence.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid/AED.
• Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
• Must pass a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Patrols and surveillance: conduct walking and vehicle patrols to identify and report safety concerns; monitor access points; verify IDs and credentials; monitor surveillance systems for threats or suspicious activity.
• Incident response and reporting: respond to alarms, emergencies and incidents per protocol; maintain logs of activities and incidents; perform routine security tasks (locking/unlocking doors).
• Customer service and policy enforcement: assist visitors and employees professionally; enforce site-specific post orders and security protocols; ensure compliance with SEI and client policies (smoking, loitering, parking).

3rd Shift - Mon-Tues (12AM-8AM) 16HR/Week

Pay Rate: $17.64/Hr.

Role Overview

Security Engineers is seeking dedicated Unarmed Patrol Security Officers to help maintain safe and secure environments for our clients. Officers play a vital role in deterring incidents through visibility, vigilance, and proactive engagement. Responsibilities include patrolling, monitoring access points, verifying identification, responding to alarms/emergencies, and maintaining detailed logs. This role requires professionalism, strong observational skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old

• Climb at least 20 commercial facility stairs without stopping

Education & Experience

Minimum

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred

• 1+ years verifiable Military, Law Enforcement or Security
• 2+ years of verifiable customer service experience
