Responsibilities include patrolling,monitoringaccess points, verifying identification, responding to alarms/emergencies, andmaintainingdetailed logs. This role requires professionalism, strong observational skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Minimum Qualifications

Must have or be able to obtain a valid State Security License
Valid driver’s license and a Motor Vehicle Record that meets company approved driver standards
Must be at least 18 years old
Must have customer service skills
Must have computer skills.

Duties & Responsibilities

Patrol & Surveillance

Conduct walkingand vehiclepatrols toidentifyand report safety concerns
Monitoraccess points; verify IDs and credentials
Monitorsurveillance systems for threats or suspicious activity

Incident Response & Reporting

Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents per protocol
Maintainaccuratelogs of activities and incidents
Perform routine security tasks (e.g., locking/unlocking doors)

Customer Service & Policy Enforcement

Assist visitors and employees professionally
Enforce site-specific Post Orders and security protocols
Ensure compliance with SEI and client policies (e.g., smoking, loitering, parking)
