Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by following site policies and security procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and document actions.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of facilities, production areas, office spaces, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials according to site procedures.
• Complete daily activity reports and shift handoffs per requirements.
