Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and follow site-specific policies and emergency response procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and resolve them efficiently.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with environment depending on client site.
