Responsibilities

Patrol & surveillance: conduct walking/vehicle patrols, monitor access points, verify IDs and credentials.
Incident response & reporting: respond to alarms and incidents, maintain logs.
Customer service & policy enforcement: assist visitors, enforce post orders and client policies.

Responsibilities include patrolling, monitoring access points, verifying identification, responding to alarms/emergencies, and maintaining detailed logs. This role requires professionalism, strong observational skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Minimum Qualifications

Must be able to complete State Training as required by the state licensing authority

Duties & Responsibilities

Patrol & Surveillance

Conduct walking and vehicle patrols to identify and report safety concerns
Monitor access points; verify IDs and credentials
Monitor surveillance systems for threats or suspicious activity

Incident Response & Reporting

Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents per protocol
Maintain accurate logs of activities and incidents
Perform routine security tasks (e.g., locking/unlocking doors)

Customer Service & Policy Enforcement

Assist visitors and employees professionally
Enforce site-specific Post Orders and security protocols
Ensure compliance with SEI and client policies (e.g., smoking, loitering, parking)
