Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check in accordance with federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology, media and telecommunications location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and access concerns with a calm, problem-solving approach.
• Conduct routine unarmed patrols of office areas, common spaces, exterior grounds, parking, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity; verify credentials and direct guests.
• Complete accurate activity logs and shift handoffs with a professional presence.
