Allied Universal is recruiting a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver in Carleton, MI. The role includes patrolling facilities, monitoring access, and providing exceptional service to clients in a technology, media, and telecom environment.

A valid driver’s license is required for this driving post, with a set daytime schedule Monday through Friday. We welcome candidates with CPR/First Aid certifications and prior customer service experience.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required per policy.
• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles (21+ for armed roles).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check will be conducted per laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees per site policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of facilities, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials as required; document access-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; notify appropriate personnel and file reports.
• Maintain accurate daily activity logs, incident reports, and patrol records; communicate with leadership.
