Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required by law and policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors while following site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and escalates per site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of offices, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials per site requirements.
• Complete reports, logs, and incident documentation for leadership.
