Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Guard Patrol Driver in Maple Grove, MN to protect clients across industries. You will perform unarmed patrols, monitor access points, and respond to incidents while delivering professional customer service.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of corporate offices, technology spaces, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, documenting observations and escalating concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and communication protocols.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports regarding patrols, incidents, and security-related observations.
