Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, staff, visitors, and residents while following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of government facility areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access and screen personnel, visitors, vehicles, and deliveries; report suspicious activity.
• Respond to incidents calmly and professionally and follow post orders.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and communicate observations to site leadership.
