Qualifications

• Access control/badge experience preferred.
• Comfortable using computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background checks and drug screen may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and campus guests following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random foot/vehicle patrols of campus buildings and areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and requests for assistance calmly and professionally.
• Monitor access points and support visitor management, reporting concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Document patrol activities and incidents with timely reports.
