Job summary

Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer New York State Licensed Patrol in New York, NY. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, support access control, and provide outstanding customer service at a premier commercial real estate location.

The role is full-time with day shifts and a pay rate of $18.85 per hour. Minimum requirements include a NYS Security Guard License, at least 6 months security experience, and a high school diploma or

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of building common areas, lobbies, parking facilities, loading docks, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas to identify and report security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and maintain accurate logs of visitors, deliveries, incidents, and other security-related events.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and critical events in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document actions taken according to site procedures.
• Help to deter unauthorized activity, property damage, and policy violations through visible presence, professional communication, and timely reporting to site management and Allied Universal leadership.
