Job summary

Doyle Security Services, Inc. is seeking a vigilant security guard to observe and report activities at a client site, patrol premises, and enforce regulations to protect people and property. This role requires standing for the majority of the shift.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 0000–0800, with pay up to USD 18.00 per hour. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, a NYS Security Guard License, a valid driver's license, and the ability to communicate clearly in English.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED required.
• 5-7 Year U.S. work history may be required.
• Valid NYS Security Guard License
• Must have valid drivers license
• Must be able to understand the English language and communicate effectively in both the verbal and written form
• Must be physically able to perform the tasks required by the position

Responsibilities

• Reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures.
• Securing premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
• Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.
• Tasks assigned by supervisor or manager.
