The position requires standing for long periods, a valid NYS Security Guard License, a high school diploma, English proficiency, and a valid driver’s license. You will patrol premises, operate surveillance equipment, and document incidents clearly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5-7 year U.S. work history may be required.
• Valid NYS Security Guard License is required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to understand and communicate in English, verbally and in writing.
• Must be physically able to perform the tasks required by the position.

Responsibilities

• Report irregularities and inform violators of policy and procedures.
• Secure premises and personnel by patrolling, monitoring surveillance, inspecting access points.
• Complete reports by recording observations and interviewing witnesses.
• Carry out tasks assigned by supervisor or manager.
