Job summary

Doyle Security Services, Inc. is hiring a Security Officer to observe and report activities at client sites, patrol premises, and respond to incidents. The role requires standing for most of the workday and weekend availability.

Starting pay is USD 18.00 per hour, with a schedule Tuesday through Saturday from 4 PM to midnight. Requirements include being at least 18, a valid NYS Security Guard License, excellent customer service, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid NYS Security Guard License.
• Must be available to work weekends.
• Must have exceptional Customer Service Skills.
• Must be able to verbally de-escalate situations.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures.
• Securing premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
• Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.
• Tasks assigned by supervisor or manager.
