Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Prior supervisory experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, contractors, and the public by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned facilities and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious behavior or policy violations to supervision.
• Respond to incidents calmly and professionally following site procedures.
• Prepare accurate daily activity and incident reports for site contacts.
