• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, transit passengers, and/or members of the public while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at government transportation locations.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned facilities, platforms, stations, transit areas, parking locations, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and/or policy violations.
• Respond to incidents, public disturbances, medical situations, and critical events in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and notification procedures.
• Monitor access points, restricted areas, and pedestrian traffic; verify authorized entry where applicable and report unauthorized access or suspicious activity to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear and accurate activity, incident, and daily shift reports, and communicate relevant information to supervisors, client representatives, and public agency personnel.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer supporting a government transportation location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service. Pay Rate: $25.05 / Hour

• Mon – 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Tue – 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Wed – 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Thur – 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Sun – 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM
