You will perform patrols, monitor access points, and respond to incidents with professionalism. The role requires at least 2 years of security experience, a high school diploma, and compliance with vaccination, background, and drug screening requirements.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security-related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Able to lift more than 20 pounds preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities in a healthcare setting.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical emergencies, disturbances, and access-related concerns.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, surrounding grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity, hazards, or policy violations to appropriate personnel according to site-specific procedures.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.
