NOW HIRING: UNARMED HOA SECURITY OFFICER - DRIVING

LOCATION: South / Southwest Las Vegas

PAY RATE: $20.00+ Per Hour

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time (32 Hours +)

SCHEDULE: Open Availability Required, Including Weekends

BENEFITS & COMPENSATION

• Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance (subject to plan eligibility).
• Holiday premium pay at the overtime rate for hours worked on six Company-designated major holidays.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

1. Must possess a valid and active Nevada PILB Unarmed Guard Card.
2. Must have a minimum of two (2) years of security experience in HOA communities and/or access control.
3. Must possess a valid driver's license.
4. Must have a minimum of two (2) years of verifiable licensed driving experience.
5. Must maintain an acceptable driving record in accordance with Company standards.
6. Must have reliable transportation.
7. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
8. Must be able to accurately read, interpret, prepare, and document reports.
9. Must demonstrate strong observational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to exercise sound judgment.
10. Must maintain professionalism and effective communication with residents, visitors, clients, and management.
11. Must be able to effectively operate security equipment and systems, including access control systems, surveillance equipment, and two-way radios.
12. Must be able to perform assigned security duties based on client and Company requirements.
13. Must comply with Company dress code, grooming, and professional appearance standards, subject to applicable law and reasonable accommodations.
14. Must have open availability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on operational and staffing needs.
15. Must successfully complete all applicable pre-employment screening requirements, including a background check, Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening, and drug screening (urine test), in accordance with applicable law and Company standards.
16. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and complete the required Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, upon hire in accordance with federal law.
