Code 4 Private Security is seeking a dedicated HOA Security Supervisor in Las Vegas, NV. You will oversee daily security operations within the community, supervising staff and enforcing HOA rules to maintain resident safety.

The role requires a PILB card with Armed Endorsement, 2+ years in security or related fields, and strong leadership and communication skills. Expect a professional, team-focused environment with ongoing training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid PILB card with Armed Endorsement.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in security, law enforcement, military, or community safety.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory abilities.
• Strong communication, report-writing, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Knowledge of security systems and emergency response procedures.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical Fitness & Readiness Standards (Required). All applicants must pass a physical fitness assessment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Access Management Officers, Dispatch Operators, Surveillance Operators, and Security Patrol Officers; prepare duty schedules and assign posts.
• Manage entry/exit and visitor logs; ensure proper access credentials.
• Oversee regular patrols and surveillance; respond to alarms and report hazards.
• Coordinate with emergency services during incidents and document reports.
• Enforce HOA rules professionally and coordinate with HOA management on actions.
• Communicate with residents and security staff; provide updates to Security Captain.
• Conduct safety drills and ensure emergency equipment is operational.
• Maintain security equipment and records; suggest improvements.
• Ensure conduct in compliance with laws and HOA policies and maintain confidentiality.
