GLOBAL SECURITY CONCEPTS, INC. is hiring an Armed HOA Security Officer for the Las Vegas area (Durango / Warm Springs).

The full-time position pays $27.00 per hour and requires an active Nevada PILB Armed Guard Card, 2+ years of HOA/security experience, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. You will patrol, monitor access points, and document reports while maintaining professional interaction with residents and clients.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and minimum 2 years verifiable driving experience.

NOW HIRING – ARMED HOA SECURITY OFFICER

LOCATION:

Durango / Warm Springs – Las Vegas, NV

PAY RATE:

$27.00 per hour

EMPLOYMENT TYPE:

Full-Time

SCHEDULE:

Open Availability Required, Including Weekends

BENEFITS & COMPENSATION

• Holiday premium pay at the overtime rate for hours worked on six Company-designated major holidays.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

1. Must possess a valid and active Nevada PILB Armed Guard Card. Provisional registration status is not accepted for this armed position.
2. Must have a minimum of two (2) years of security experience in HOA communities and/or access control.
3. Must possess a valid driver's license.
4. Must have a minimum of two (2) years of verifiable licensed driving experience.
5. Must maintain an acceptable driving record in accordance with Company standards.
6. Must have reliable transportation.
7. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
8. Must be able to accurately read, interpret, prepare, and document reports.
9. Must demonstrate strong observational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to exercise sound judgment.
10. Must maintain professionalism and effective communication with residents, visitors, clients, and management.
11. Must be able to effectively operate security equipment and systems, including access control systems, surveillance equipment, and two-way radios.
12. Must be able to perform assigned security duties, including foot patrols, vehicle patrols, and access control operations, based on client and Company requirements.
13. Must possess, provide, and maintain all required Company-approved duty equipment, including:
14. Must possess and provide a personal duty firearm approved by the Company in an authorized caliber (9mm, .40 S&W, .45 ACP, or .38 Special). Full-size firearms are required; subcompact firearms are not permitted.
15. Personal firearm holster with a minimum Level II retention rating (Level III also accepted).
16. Must maintain valid and current PILB armed certification, including qualification with the type and caliber of firearm carried while on duty, and successfully complete all required six-month firearms re-qualifications during the designated qualification months.
17. Must comply with Company dress code, grooming, and professional appearance standards, subject to applicable law and reasonable accommodations.
18. Must have open availability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on operational and staffing needs.
19. Must successfully complete all applicable pre-employment screening requirements, including a criminal background check, Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening, and drug screening (urine test), in accordance with applicable law and Company standards.
20. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and complete the required Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, upon hire in accordance with federal law.
