Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer for a Highrise Office Building in San Diego, CA. You will safeguard clients across commercial real estate and related industries, performing unarmed patrols, maintaining a visible presence, and delivering excellent customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff.

You will follow site procedures, report security concerns, and reflect Allied Universal’s values of integrity, teamwork, and reliability while supporting a safe, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property personnel by following site-specific security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior, exterior, parking areas and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and report observations.
• Complete daily activity and incident reports and patrol logs.
