Job summary

Allied Universal in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Monitoring. You will conduct routine patrols, determine and deter incidents, and provide professional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• Valid driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures and policies in a healthcare setting.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and follow site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and assist with directions as requested.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain communication with staff and leadership.
