Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Site Patrol in Indianapolis, IN. You will safeguard clients across healthcare locations, patrol assigned areas, and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a visible security presence.

Responsibilities include responding to alarms, documenting incidents, and guiding visitors. Minimum requirements include 1 year of security experience, a high school diploma, and compliance with background checks and drug screening.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation will be conducted in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required depending on state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and according to protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of hospital buildings, entrances, and parking areas.
• Monitor access points and direct visitors to appropriate locations.
• Document incidents and communicate information to site leadership.
