Qualifications

At least 1 year of security-related experience.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Background check required by law.
Criminal histories considered in accordance with laws.
Drug screen required where permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may apply.
Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors by following site policies and security procedures.
Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner per site protocols.
Conduct regular unarmed patrols of healthcare facilities and parking areas to deter incidents.
Monitor access points, assist with directions, and report unusual conditions to staff and leadership.
Prepare accurate security reports and maintain clear communication with healthcare staff and leadership.
