Job summary

Prosegur is seeking an Unarmed Flex Officer to cover multiple sites in the Twin Cities metro. The role emphasizes security, customer service, and attentive situational awareness. Shifts include 1st and 2nd, with varied hours across locations.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a HS diploma, a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Strong English communication and basic computer skills are required to perform patrols and report incidents.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Proficient English communication, both written and spoken.
• Clean driving record and valid driver license.
• Ability to follow complex post instructions and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide unarmed security and customer service at client sites.
• Maintain a safe environment and report hazards or incidents.
• Conduct routine patrols and respond to security situations.
• Interact professionally with clients, visitors and staff.
