Job summary

Prosegur is seeking an Unarmed Flex Officer in the Fridley area to provide professional security coverage on a strictly on-call basis. The role requires strong customer service, observational skills, and the ability to respond quickly to security situations.

Responsibilities include maintaining a safe environment, reporting hazards, following client and post instructions, and occasional patrols. You will work across shifts with a focus on reliability and communication.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Capable of following complex instructions.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to participate in screening (drug test and background).
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees with unarmed security duties.
• Promote safety by observing, reporting hazards, and following post instructions.
• Interact with clients, visitors, employees and the public professionally.
• Perform routine foot patrols and be prepared for varied weather conditions.
• Be adaptable to schedule changes and cover multiple shifts as needed.
