Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Field Driver for Hereford, TX. You will patrol facilities, deter incidents, and deliver strong customer service at a food/beverage site, while meeting driver-policy requirements.

Position is full-time with pay at $15.00 per hour and weekly pay. Valid driver’s license and background check are required; shift schedule includes day/evening hours and overnight blocks as posted.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow site protocols.
• Conduct unarmed patrols of the facility and perimeter.
• Verify credentials and maintain logs of activity.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials, and maintain logs and incident documentation.
• Communicate hazards, maintenance concerns, and security-related issues to site contacts and leadership.
