Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and vendors at the location by following site policies and safety procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, and perimeter to deter incidents.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials according to site procedures; report irregularities.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies and communicate actions to the appropriate personnel.
• Prepare daily activity, incident reports, and patrol logs with professional demeanor.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy Requirements. Job Schedule:

• Tue: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Wed: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Thur: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and vendors at a food and beverage location by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, production and storage areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity, unauthorized access, and potential hazards.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and delivery credentials in accordance with site procedures; document access activity and report irregularities to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner; communicate observations and actions taken to the appropriate personnel.
• Prepare accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol logs while maintaining a professional presence and supporting a welcoming environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
