Qualifications
- Dispatch personnel must have at least one calendar year of full-time experience as a Dispatcher.
- Proficient in report taking, dispatch software knowledge and radio operations.
- Type 35 words per minute certified by a type test.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Proficient in operation of computers, keyboard, multi-monitor setups and various dispatching software and equipment.
- Possess organizational and record keeping skills.
- Ability to provide good customer service.
